Intel I7-3770 cant Edit videos without glitching its like the 1080x60fps footage is to much for it, it seems that the I7-3770 has an inbuilt graphics card and is running on itself do I need to buy a seprate graphics card or am I best to start my own build, was given this computer from a company thinking it would edit films fine as the company had built it to run AutoCAD designing and other very heavy softwares. ??
Just want to get my video editing done and don't now weither it is best to start my own build or upgrade what I got given.

Solution

When I use a video editing software its not enjoyable as the play back is no where near as good as he quality filmed, the Audio distorts and the playback cant handle the 1080 60fps so it turns very low quality, other software such as GoPro Studio it comes with a warning pop up "graphics performance is unable to handle this software" something along those lines of words I'm currently away from home at the moment but I want to set it up so I can at least edit 1080 60fps films, also when I try looking into the graphics side of things ive tried to update "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" under display manger it says its up to date but when I run a performance report it says my graphics is rated 1 out of 7.9

Sorry I'm no good with computers thanks for trying to help, when I come back home ill try and dig deeper to as why it's not working as good as it should.

Yea I think that's what the setup is, I got the PC for free so tonight ill take off the sidecover and have a look any recommendations on what GPU would be good for video editing and odd gaming in winter (3months a Year) main purpose video editing 90% also I don't know what sort of RAM sticks its running on is their anything I should be looking at or considering when I find out what sort of RAM its using when I take the sidecover off?

If you know what sort of parts I should be looking for and looking to upgrade once I take the sidecover off to get this PC to work better let me know it would be much appreciated

well if you if you want a good gpu for video rendering go for rx 560 or 570 or gtx 1050ti should do the trick
