Intel i7-3940XM CPU

Hello,
this is my first publication on this website and i hope i get some help.
my question is that i would like to know if it's possible to have an intel i7-3940XM on my Toshiba C55-A-19D , those are the specifications of my laptop :
System Manufacturer: TOSHIBA
System Model: SATELLITE C55-A-19D
BIOS: InsydeH2O Version 03.72.301.40
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3110M CPU @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Package : Socket 988B rPGA

Chipset :
Northbridge Intel Ivy Bridge rev. 09
Southbridge Intel HM76 rev. 04

from what i know is that the intel i7-3940XM is compatible with the Socket 988B rPGA (G2 socket) but is it all i need to know to upgrade my CPU or there is something else ? and thank to whoever is going to answer me , i appreciate it.

1) 35->55W TDP is a huge jump. You MIGHT be able to get away with a 45W CPU (QM series) in that laptop. I did it with an Acer. With an i3 with no dedicated graphics, the heat pipe is likely quite small and would throttle instantly when a 55w TDP chip is put under load.
2) Questionable if the BIOS would support it. It would probably support an i7m (2-core) or chances are also good for an i7-QM.

Thank you for explaining , do you have an idea about what's the best CPU to buy for this laptop without risking anything in my laptop ?
