Intel i7 4770 80°C when playing games, is this normal?

When i played games like Dying Light and Watch Dogs my cpu temp went up, here is the screenshot using RealTemp:

My current build is:
Processor: intel i7 4770, i am using a stock heatsink from intel
Graphic card: msi gtx 970
Motherboard: asrock h81m-vg4
PSU: corsair vs 550
Ram: Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9
Case: cooler master k282 with only 2 fans


My gpu temp is fine though, it goes aroung 60°C -62°C max when gaming with best setting
The screenshot said that the thermal is okay so what is wrong with my cpu?
Should i change the heatsink?
If yes, is cooler master hyper 212x turbo good?

It could be as simple as a dust issue, or probably thermal wearing out. Check both out before buying that hyper 212 evo.

i just cleaned my pc today so i think its not about the dust
i bought the cpu at august 2014, okay what thermal paste is good?
