Is a CPU integrated graphics good for using Photoshop and After effects for simple graphic design and video editing work ?

That cpu don't have IGPU so no. If you meant 4700 (non-k) then it will work but it's very slow for today standards. (something like this year mid-range phone gpu)
on K version you will need a dedicated gpu, so take anything like 1050/1050ti and it will work just fine.

Correction --- Intel i7-4770 and i7-4770K both have integrated graphics.
