Well couple of things ya might wanna look to relieve pre-purchase buyer anxiety

b4 pulling trigger

Cooler - The H series cooler does about the same thermally as the better air coolers. In this test, when all coolers were using the same paste Phanteks had a temp of 51.75C w/ stock fans whereas the H100 got 52C w/ stock fans
In the conclusion the author writes:
However, this performance comes at a cost; noise. At 2600RPM, the H100 isn’t a quiet unit at all and similarly at 2000RPM, it can still be quite intrusive. In terms of performance per noise, high end air coolers from Phanteks, Noctua and Thermalright still reign supreme, contrary to Corsair’s own marketing. Like other ALC units, the H100 relies too much on high RPM fans for its performance when the goal of water cooling is generally for extreme performance at low noise levels.
You can hear it for yaself here (jump to 2 minute mark):

Yeah ya can change the fans, but then ya lose the high speed air thru the rad that provides the cooling....and ya dont get anything better with the H100 over the virtually silent Phanteks anyway.
If ya like the idea of water cooling, Id get a real WC Kit ....

AS5 - look at the AS5 website....it says that you need 200 hours of thermal cycling for it to cure.....well 8 hours of play means 5 minutes warming up and 5 cooling down for 1 thermal cycle = 10 minutes....do the math

.... Shin Etsu has identical thermal properties

However the TIM that comes with the Phanteks and H100 is great also
Take the $50 ya spending on the sound card and add it to the MoBo so ya can get the Rampage IV extreme. Using the XSPC kit, ya can WCthe MoBo too. (will need two more G1/4 threaded compression fittings). The Rampage comes with great sound addition already and loads of other OC and gaming features. If I could talk ya into just 1 chgange this wud be it.

Classified is a great card but 4Gb isn't doing anything for ya ... at least I am assuming that w/ 2 screens one is for gaming (gaming in 2 screens with big black line down the middle is no fun)
The MSI N770 would save ya $100 and the money would pay for upgrade to a 144 Hz monitor

I assume a 2nd 770 is in mind at some point since ya picked a 750 watter ... but ya picked a huge CPU cooler and overclocked GPU, so with these OCs its recommended that ya get a 850 watter w/ superb voltage stability.
Great combo here tho 2 days ago it was $230 (newegg runs these specials every other week) ... case alone was $75, now $120 ....
$270
