Intel i7-4770K with Corsair H60 max OC help?

Hi all, I am trying to max out my little i7 and would like some help/tip how to do so fast and securely.
I got it to run 4.2 Ghz for about 2 months without it crashing stock voltage, but it crashed yesterday, so I am wondering how to OC and be secure that it won't crash and how to not make it take a month to reach max. I find ring ratio and the adaptive/offset/manual voltage very confusing.

I use Windows 10 Pro with Realbench and OCCT for tests.
Ambient temp: 22 °C
Max temps running 4.0 Ghz:
Cpu: 43 °C
Cpu cores 52-57 °C
Gpu: 66 °C
Motherboard: 32 °C
All drives around 20-30 °C

This pc have mounted 2x 120 Front, 2x 120mm the radiator Liquid cooler Rear, 1x 120mm Top and buttom, plus a 200mm at the side.

Re-test it, lower CPU Frequency, check CPU VCore, then move up to see what settings the system can be stable.

Adaptive, the Voltage is based on load and fluctuates.

Offset, x amount of Voltage is supplied on top of the default Voltage.

Manual, the Voltage supplied is essentially constant at a certain value

ASUS always has OC guides and great explanation for their motherboards. If you want to learn about OC that is what you should read.

I see, but it would be nice to get some more personal recommendations as these are pretty open. Those I found worked 50/50 as you read I got it to 4.2 Ghz for months without any problem and I did run stress tests. So I don't really get it.
