Intel i7-4790K and GTX 1060 performing at 1/10th standard passmark score?

I've been having issues running some of my games, and couldn't find any culprit.

It occurred to me to run PassMark to see if the CPU and GPU were running properly.

They sure as hell aren't. Attached are some screenshots of my CPU and GPU benchmarks.

Ask away, I've got answers. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Video card looks OK, CPU may be overheating or you have a virus using up CPU cycles. Did you run the test after a clean boot? Scan for viruses, check temps with HWMonitor.
