We don't know what is available to you. India has crappy parts availability. Please list links to the retailers you will be ordering from so we can see what is available.
Without seeing parts lists, I suggest the ASRock Extreme 6. It's a Z97 board and has all the features you need and only costs about $160 USD. There is just no need to spend any more money. You should put the money towards a better CPU cooler so you can overclock higher. That'll make more of a difference than the motherboard you choose. The Extreme 6 has the best audio codec you can get with a very good implementation, tons of SATA and M.2. Dual M.2 infact, one of which is an Ultra M.2 port. Boards at $220 can't even match this board.
If you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money you can look at the Gigabyte G1-Wifi-BK black edition, which in addition to having the longest name of any motherboard ever made, also uses the highest quality components available for absolutely everything, and is stress tested for a very long time at the factory to guarantee perfect function and no DOA's. It also has a much thicker PCB with more copper which is good for India because it's very hot there.
Still, I'd get the Extreme 6 along with a Noctua NHD14 heatsink and some low profile RAM.
Notice how the G1 doesn't even have as many features as the Extreme 6, and has poorer connectivity. It may use higher end components, but the odds of the user noticing the difference are slim. Still, it's nice to have all that copper in the PCB for hot climates.
I think the NHD14, unless you have very good air conditioning where you live and the room never goes over about 22 degrees celsius, is pretty much a must for you. I know that it can get to about 40 degrees celsius in India and with no air conditioning, that temperature is too much for an overclocked 4790K on a Hyper 212. The heatsink just is not big enough.
