Intel I7 7700k resistor values

Please can anyone tell me where I might be able to find the resistor values on an i7 7700k cpu
I have one which is not working due to water coolant leak on the motherboard.
I have cleaned and dried out the motherboard which now works fine with a different less powerful cpu
A couple of the resistors on the I7 have very high resistance and I wondered if I could swop them out for the correct values, the processor might be repaired

also. some of these smd are capacitors, so yea. they would have very high resistance.

Thanks zyh1987 but resistors are unmarked so I think I need a schematic diagram of an I7 7700k or I might have to buy another cpu to compare the faulty one with.
I will put a picture of the chip with the values on when I get time
