Intel I7-7700k temperature crazy spikes

Hello,
I have a problem with my i7700k CPU.
Doing nothing (idle ) the temperature spikes from 30 cu 60 degrees in cyclic way, like this:

I have Asus Z170k motherboard and tower cooling - ID-Cooling SE-204k.
My fans drive me crazy with all this up and downs..
