Intel i7 8700 Temperature

So i recently got this cpu and its temperature remains 45-46 degree C and when iam gaming it goes upto 75-80, so is this normal temperature or i should be worried about it?

What is your ambient temp and what cooler are you using for your processor? Also worth mentioning is the case and airflow in your build.

i have the default intel fan for cooling and the airflow in my case is decent. Just for info i live in india and its summer right now and the normal temp remains 39-41 degree C if that could be the cause :/
