Intel i7 920 system

Hey guys i have a problem, im building a new system and i have no idea of what PSU to use.
System specs:
EVGA x58 intel mobo
OCZ DDR3 3x2GB 1333 mhz 6 gb triple channel kit
EVGA 8800 GT SSC 512 GDDR3 (Will change to GFX295 soon)
Intel i7 920 2.66 (thinking of ocing to around 3-3.5 ghz)
500 gb samsung hd
Ordinary chassy, with acouple fans.

My question is then, what kind of PSU would i be needing to run this system? Ive been looking of Crossairs 750 and 850W model, but i still remain blank of what brand or amount of W to use. Therefore i beg help of you.

No one ever had a problem with too much wattage...But too little will cause problems. I was also recommended to use Corsairs, they got the popularity vote on newegg as well. You probably need an 850, especially with the 295.
