You should really move up to a 360mm or 280mm CLC, and unless you're totally sold on the LCD screen on your block drop that and save yourself money.

Otherwise seems good.
Yeah I was looking at that after I posted it so I changed the case to accommodate a 360mm Cooler and added 3 RGB fans to the build. All together it only added another $29.

Case:
CyberPowerPC LIAN LI PC-008 AIR Dynamic ATX Mid-Tower Gaming Case w/ Perforated Metal Front & Tempered Glass side NO FAN

Liquid Cooler:
CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX XT Liquid CPU Cooler 360mm Radiator - AF120 RGB ELITE Fans

Additional Fans:
3X 120mm Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB ELITE Performance 120mm PWM Fan with Lighting Node CORE

Also I went to pcpartpicker.com and priced out each individual item the same as I chose at cyberpowerpc (or as relatively close as I could get) and I ended up about $100 more than I would be paying having it built.

Does the above seem better?

Noctua nh-d15s running well on my 13900KF. Thermal Grizzly kryonaut extreme paste and temp limited to 80c in bios. Added a front 120mm fan but has made little difference, working very well as is (instant fan ramp up and delayed ramp down, 100% at 60c). Two from 140mm fans, one rear 120mm. Average Gaming temps 50c (down from 60c of my old 12900ks in exact same setup).

Yeah H150i will be better. I have that on my 13700K overclock and have never hit above 74C.

I will forever have a Noctua fan bias however. They are affordable and perform fantastic. Corsair are eh. Oh! That said, my H150i is using Noctua so you may not see the same cooling.

The case wouldn't be my choice. Turbulent airflow design and not enough airflow IMO.

I always advise against kryonaut. Fantastic performing paste for benchmark but has a temp threshold of 80c and is prone to drying faster overall. It also scratches TF out of the cold plate and IHS. Two different batches did this and have read others have shared this experience as well.

I'm not Noctua fanboy, maybe I am at this point? NH1 and NH2 are my favorites though MX4 or MX6 are also quite good.
