[SOLVED] intel i9-9000 non k, in h310m

hello my question is if i can put an intel i9-9000 non k into my Gigabyte h310 m ds2 2.0. the socket or the mobo are going to overheat or no?

Asus TUF Z390 Plus Gaming - with or without WiFi: stock and OC
Asus Prime Z390-P: stock only
Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Elite: stock and OC
Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X: stock and OC
Gigabyte Z390M Gaming: stock and OC
Gigabyte Z390 UD: stock only
Msi Z390-A Pro: stock only

Well you can atleast test your CPU on that motherboard.. but if you are planning to use i9 on that board.. your I9 will clock down to 3.2 or even 2.5Ghz and that is because of Power throttling...

That board can't provide more that 80 watts to CPU.. while i9 9900 can use upto 130 watts..

So motherboard will not able to provide much voltage to CPU to run on high clocks... And you will not able to fully utilise your CPU...

I only recommend Asrock Z370 Taichi and Msi Z370 Gaming M5 for that CPU.. yes other similar boards are also available...
But I have personally experienced those so I can say these 2 are good..
