Apologies in advance, I'm no computer wizard but I've been having this issue for as long as I can remember and am hoping for help.

I previously, years ago, tried tweaking with OCing things in the BIOS and am not sure if this is the cause of why I've been stuck at max.

I can supply more pictures and more details as requested if anyone is knowledgeable and kind enough to assist.

Quoting Hairless Monkey Boy—

'That is normal. The RAM is running at 1750Mhz and quad pumped so the effective freq is 1750Mhz x 4 = 7000Mhz.

Rather confusing for a noob, but perfectly ordinary.'
