Intel integrated graphics, get black screen.

So, hi
i have a didicated GPU, but one fan started ratteling, since i have guarantee still, i decided to send it over to the store.
Want to work on Intel integrated graphics, and get a black screen, PC appears to work, but i can't see picture, even in bios.

If i buld the GPU in again it works, tried to deinstall AMD drivers, still no picture on integrated Graph, but AMD GPU works.

System:

Intel i5 6600k
AMD R9 280x
RAM GSkill 16 GB
MoBo ASUS z170 p

Could have turned igp back on in bios with gpu in. But it should do that automatically when you remove the gpu so I'm not real sure what the issue is

If i go to the BIOS now, and turn IGP on will it interfere with the dedicated graphics?
And where should i look in Advanced in BIOS?
