got a new laptop. updated everything. (hopefully). notice that the intel integrated graphics driver is running ver 10. check the intel website, latest is 15. running on windows 8.1 on a X551MA from asus. just the standard layout.

If Windows Update missed something, you can always try getting the updates directly from the chip manufacturers when you know who they are and they make generic drivers for their chips available to the public.

While IGPs might not be great for gaming, having the newest drivers rarely hurts.

game wont run. need the newest drivers.

Game? With Integrated Graphics...hope you don't expect more than 15FPS on low settings.

went on the ASUS website and couldnt find the drivers. only chipset drivers. i also downloaded that and still didnt update the graphics

an older pc than this one ran star craft 2 with 40 fps. and its running an older cpu with a slower clock speed.

Sure, if you drop the setting to the lowest possible options...

The point is, would you go street racing with a Prius? No, you would get a car made to race. Same thing applies here. You want to game, get a card made for gaming.

GTX 950 or AMD R9 380X are nice cards for decent budgets.

going off topic and i have a gaming setup, this laptop is to play casual games, not competitive CSGO.
