Intel Integrated HD Family?

I just got a new laptop with an Intel Integrated HD Family, but the device manager didn't say anything about the series number, just Intel Family.

Is there any way so I can find what Intel GPU am I exactly running?

I'll let you know my computer's informations:
Windows 7 Professional SP1 32-bit
Intel i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz
RAM: 2.00 GB
GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

I need the series number to know what games can i play, so any help will be appreciated!

The GPU is in the CPU. And not really optimal for serious gaming.

First results is the Intel page, it has Intel HD 3000 graphics, which is not designed to run games at all.
You may however be able to play really old games.
