AMD's drivers don't suck, most of the bad experiences are from people not properly uninstalling their drivers before upgrading. AMD, Nvidia and Intel all have had driver issues at some point, that doesn't mean that those drivers are bad.

Why should the end-user need to do that?!
If that causes issues then that driver IS bad.

AMD's drivers don't suck

AMD drivers are not as mature as Nvidia, still my experience today, and class for class GPU, I would still choose Nvidia over AMD, past headaches alone...

When Arc hits the severe discount bin I am still going to pick up to play with. Still waiting for ≈$100 A750 or $200 A770 (16gb). That is my entry point
