Yes. All the i7's and some Xeon's have hyperthreading. You'd have to look up your board to see which CPU's are supported though. Depending on the board you may need a bios update.

That would be the i7-2600, 2700 and 3770 if you have a 77-series motherboard or a 67-series with the necessary BIOS update for Ivy Bridge (3000-series) CPU support.

I have an Intel Xeon e3-1220 with an Intel dq67sw board. Would my board take hyperthreading and does my cpu already have hyperthreading?

A Xeon e3-1220 is 4 cores, 4 threads; therefore hyperthreading isn't available. You need an e3-1230 or better (4C, 8T).

The motherboard has nothing to do with hyperthreading; it's a CPU feature. If you want hyperthreading, then install a Xeon e3-1230 or better or an i7.
