I have a problem in the device manager with Intel MEIP. It says it cannot start and there is a code 10.
I uninstalled the file from the device manager and from the control panel. When I go to the Asus website to download the latest driver, the file is asking to open with.... or save the file. I don`t what I`m supposed to do with it. It is a zip file. If I`m supposed to open it, what program do use to open it.
If I`m supposed to save it... where to?
Thanks

Solution
No, He is saying only uninstall the Intel Graphics drivers from Device Manager
and then look in Control panel/Programs - uninstall a Program
and remove any Intel references here.
and then install the Asus drivers you are trying to use.

Don't remove any of the things you listed.

Don't open it, just select save the file
your PC should save it to your downloads folder
then open file explorer, navigate your way to the downloads folder, select the zip file and in top ribbon menu, select extract, then extract all
this will once again ask you where you want to put file, just accept its offer
it will open the folder location and I think there is a setup.exe for you to run

Did as you said, but uninstalling the old driver and installing the new driver from Asus did not do anything. It reinstalled the old version driver.
Device manager still shows the Management Engine Interface cannot start with a Code 10.

Is he saying to delete all the files from Device Manager that is Intel?
Here is everything listed in Device Manager:

Intel (R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family LPC Controller-A145
Intel (R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port3
Intel (R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Port 5- A114
Intel (R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root 1-A110
Intel (R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root 9-A118
Intel (R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Port 17-A167
Intel (R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset PMC- A121
Intel (R) 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset SMBus- A123
Intel (R) Power Engine Plug-in
Intel (R) Xeon (R) E3-1200/1500 v5 6th Gen Intel (R) Core (TM) PCIe Controller (x16)- 1901

In the Control Panel there is 2 Intel programs, but not the Intel Management Interface engine that I deleted before. I don`t think the programs in the Control Panel have anything to do with the problem.

Intel Security True Key
Intel (R) Network Connections
