Intel Matrix Storage Driver: Have you had any problems?

I'm working on a Gateway FX6381 that had a HDD failure. Long story short, the Intel Matrix Storage Driver keeps knocking Windows Update off kilter. Have any of you had this issue before? Thanks.

Me personally no and I deal with a lot of PC's that use IRST or Matrix drivers.
