Question Intel Motherboard Dual Processor

Would like to build another computer. Intel Motherboard, Dual Processor, 50GB RAM. Whatever power supply, 64 bit machine. Have Video card and most components. Also have ATX case. Windows 10 64 bit.

Any suggestions appreciated. Especially for Motherboard and CPUs.

Have the above, but 10 years old, with flawless performance.

Budget?
The optimum amount of RAM will depend on the CPUs chosen. Oldest Xeons have triple channel memory controllers (example X5600 series). The E5-2xxx series are quad channel memory controllers. So for a dual X56xx based motherboard you want multiples of six DIMMs (48GB, 96GB, etc). For the newer E5-2xxx you want multiples of eight DIMMs. (64GB, 128GB, etc).

An Asus or a Supermicro motherboard will be the easiest to deal with. They have standard cabling. If you find a good deal, an HP Z820 or Z840 (not just motherboard) is a good choice also.

I can do the HP motherboard as there are several on EBAY. Is there a like Intel motherboard?

Is there a preference between ASUS or SuperMicro board?

Right now the budget/money seems sociable.

Don't buy JUST an HP motherboard IMO. If you want HP, then buy a complete unit. A Z820 or Z840 workstation would be my recommendation.
