deciding whether to build a new rig my current specs are
1- rampage 11 extreme with Intel 975 o/c 4.33
2- patriot sector seven 2000 set at 1804 timings 9-9-9-25 4x3 12 gig triple channel
3- graphics gtx 580 o/c 855
5- 1000 watt power supply
6- watercooled koolance water block 360 triple radiator
7- crucial ssd 256
sisoftware scores excellent top 5%

So here's the question would it be worth rebuilding with the following parts
1- rampage 1V extreme intel 3960 extreme
2- 2400 speed 4 channel 4x4 16 gig
I use this computer mainly for flight simulators x-plane 10 & fsx

Currently I can run these programs and can maintain a minimum of 60 fps with all settings at max

why do you need a new rig if you can max out @ 60 fps?
