Question Intel NUC 8 - Mouse Lag

Just bought a NUC 8 off Amazon about 10 days ago. It has an Intel i5, 256 gb SSD, and Iris Plus Graphics 655.

I hooked it up to my Vizio 4k TV, but the lag I'm getting with my wireless mouse and keyboard is ridiculous. I've tried all the USB ports for the receiver, and have tried using a dongle (to deal with the issue of USB3 interference?). I've tried uninstalling the device, rolling back drivers, etc. Even tried changing the resolution back to 1080p from it's normal setting at 4k. No fix.

Is there something inherently wrong with my NUC 8? Or should I try a bluetooth keyboard/mouse combo instead? If I can't figure this out I think I'll try to return it.

ive purchased 100s of nucs for users and never had an issue. including the same specs as yours and using wireless kb/mouse set ups as well

How exactly is the NUC connected to your tv?

Do you have all your intel drivers up to date? (Use the assistant) (This is really important, especially theit bios updates)

Have you you got a monitor you can test with?

It does seem like a graphics driver issue to be honest
