Intel Optane memory detected but not working

I just bought an Optane memory modual but it is not working. It is being detected as a PCIe SSD but I can't use the software to enable it.

I have disabled CSM in the UEFI. I don't know why this is happening.
I have a AsRock z370 Killer SLI/ac motherboard with an i7-8700k.

Did you already using UEFI BIOS? Enabled Optane on Bios?

I actually found the solution! The problem was that RST remapping wasn't enabled on that M.2 slot, that fixed the problem! Thanks user aswindamara for making me think to re-check the BIOS!

2 years later but I figured it was worth asking. My laptop detects the optane memory as well but I get an error upon trying to enable it. My Bios SATA is set to RST with Optane by default. Any tips?
