Hi.
I'm building a pc rig, and i need to know which one is "best" or which one would be better for my interests, ill be only playing LoL most of the time, but i want to be able to record/stream at good quality (720p or 1080p if possible), and make the video editing, a few times i'll need to do some CAD drawings on autocad or solidworks so ill need to render, actually i wouldn't do OC on the FX unless you tell me i need to in order to do what i want, i'll neither be doing crossfire/sli for a while

these are the specs for the intel based system, where I can buy the parts it cost me a total of: 450Dlls

So? whats fine? whats wrong? what would you change?

Solution
Yes, you take a hit in other areas in order to get the multi-threaded performance. Typically, twich streamers are going to be running the game, a browser, the streaming software, and channel management software. This is all without mentioning that the AMD processor is a good $70 cheaper on average.

If the OP has the money to spend, might as well go Intel. If on a budget, I would recommend AMD.
Neither of these make any sense.

Both use OLD GPUs. Both have a loud expensive water cooler that is not better than a $25 air cooler (212 EVO).

Both use over overpriced and low quality PSUs.

Do this:
i5 4460
h97 motherboard
gtx960 or r9 280x (whichever you can swing)
650w PSU from Antec, XFX, Seasonic.

I'd go with something like this:

I'm not sure why people still think the Hyper 212 Evo is a good cooler for Haswell. It wasn't even a good cooler for Ivy Bridge and Haswell runs hotter. It was great for Sandy Bridge though.

Also you can get DDR3 2400 cheaper than some of those DDR3 1600 kits listed above and Haswell likes fast RAM.

Significantly more gaming and all around performance from this if you can spend an extra $100.

If you can't budget that drop the SSD for the cheap mechanical drive and there is a $70 savings. You would want an additional storage drive to add to the system above but you could add it at any time budget allows. A 250GB SSD has plenty of room for Windows and quite a few games. No overclocking so no aftermarket CPU cooler needed.

Is there a big difference between r9280x and HD7950? Is the OCZ that bad? I have it already (was in 10Dlls) i have the H60 too it was ln my previous pc, so do the RAM and HDD, you could say that all i will buy its a CPU, MOBO and GPU, for about 400/450 DLLS.

See about an E3-1230 V3 or E3-1231 V3 on H97 Pro4 or D3H or B85 D3H.

--------------

8 piledriver cores would be better for streaming, if they added up to more execution performance than 4 haswell cores, but since they really don't, there's no advantage there. A haswell core has more execution resources than a piledriver module, even with hyperthreading disabled the execution throughput of a single haswell core is equal to an entire piledriver module, so the whole premise of your point is based on false pretenses. The only combined throughput advantage on an FX-83XX is by whatever margin of clock speed advantage it has over the i5. The availability of execution throughput to any single thread on the PD is still going to be significantly lower, and as such, most games won't run as well in the first place. Streaming or no streaming, the i5 is superior for 99% of games.

IMO, the E3-1231V3 is the way to go here. Better than either the i5 or FX-83XX series for gaming+streaming.

Nope, my point is valid because those extra threads give them a large lead in multi-tasking

It's why you see top startcraft II players streaming with AMD processors.

The only multi-tasking "lead" that an FX-8350 has over an i5-4590K due to the arrangement of execution resources doesn't even begin to kick in until the workload presents as hundreds of active threads. Anyone using PD to stream SCII is taking a huge performance compromise over haswell for late game performance.
