It's simple I have two builds I am gonna build two computers one for my brother and one for me him and I are both going to be recording Minecraft, DayZ, and Combat Arms maybe. I will be video editing with Sony Vegas Pro and recording with Fraps. My budget is $700-$750 for each computer, don't talk to me like I know computers please talk to me in a way that I can comprehend. I just can't decide which build to get I heard that the 6-cores will help for video editing but I'm not sure if it will make a huge difference and Intel is known for gaming which is something I will be doing a lot. Thanks in advanced if you help me out I appreciate it.

Right and you do realize that Asrock was made by the Asus right? So Asus buying Asrock would make sense because it was spun off after it was made. Originally the cheaper and more cost effective motherboard maker than the expensive and high quality Asus.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASRock
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pegatron_Corporation

Indeed, also asrock doesn't have quality ? look for : asrock x79 extreme 11(puts to shame any asus board)/9/6/4, asrock z77 extreme 4/6/9/11,oc formula, fatal1ty series...
Also they're now in the top 3 motherboard manufacturers for some time...
Also they got the best h77 mobos for value, i don't see any h77(pro 4 and pro mvp) mobo with 8 sata ports, good audio onboard even in the entry z77 level series from asus...
Asus z77 boards are known for being a disappointment in overclocking, and overpriced ones for the features they got, see the entry level of asus b75 and h77 it's a joke compared with asrock.

yea. ill answer my own question you try to reaquire them becuase you realize you made a mistake. asrock's board are better value wise and i can only image they are seriously eating into asus's sales. why compete when you can buy them make sure they dont compete and sell them as a budget board. then you still charge ridiculous amounts for your top asus boards. it would be a very bad thing if that rumor was true. this is the article i read.
