[SOLVED] Intel or Zebronics MB

Hey Guys,
Need a suggestion. I'm planning to upgrade my CPU from an old Pentium E2140 1.6 Ghz Processor to C2D 2.93 GHz processor. I've been looking up for some cheap motherboards in the market. I ended up with two brands. Zebronics (which is new and comes with warranty) and the other one is Intel (which isn't a new one, probably the used one). I am little confused between the two. Can you guys give me some suggestions please?

PS: Not sure of the model numbers of both of those MoBo.

Zebronics makes low quality electronics. I'd go with the Intel board if it's in any kind of usable condition.
