I have the Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I (rev. 4.2), which has a Intel Dual Band AC-8260 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2. I have noticed that with Bluetooth turned on, the WiFi keeps disconnecting after every 3-10 minutes for 3-5 seconds and then reconnects itself. If I turn Bluetooth adapter off, then the problem goes away.

Is this common? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but same results.

I am using Windows 7 x64, BT driver version 18.1.1510.01G and WiFi driver 0886G.

I am also facing the similar problem and once I disabled the Bluetooth WiFi runs smooth. Can anybody help in resolving the issue so that both WiFi and Bluetooth can be used simultaneously without any flaw.

After updating the BIOS and Bluetooth and WiFi drivers the WiFi is working fine. Thanks for the suggestion.

After days and days of updating, reinstalling, all help from microsoft, lenovo, att. Im still disconnecting when im at home. I tried the bluetooth off still dont work. Bring my lenovo laptop to bestbuy but when i got there im getting a good signal no disconnectiom, brought to hospital wifi is great also, so im thinking there is incompatibility between arris nv589 att modem (even driver uptodate) and the intel ac8260. My solution?! I got my old netgear router and connect it to attmodem. One issue i found was connecting with 2.4gz doesnt give me enough speed. Switch to 5gz and viola! Im getting speed of 29mbps and no disconnections.
