I was thinking of upgrading my pc to a 8gb ram a new DDR3 motherboard and a geforce gtx 750 ti. If i buy all this i dont not have money to buy a new processor.Will the E5500 processor be able to run the lastest games or should i buy a cheaper graphics card and 4gb ram and a new processor ?

Well, depending on the motherboard you buy you're not going to be able to the use the E5500 anyway.

I was going to buy a Gigabyte GA-G41M Motherboard with a LGA775 socket
