Hey, what can the G3240 do on Counter Strike: Global Offensive w/ out a graphics card? If it can't get 80-100 what is the cheapest graphics possible I can get to achieve this?

Right now I'm using my laptop with a i5 4210u and it barely gets 60 and dips into the 40-50 range sometimes.

Solution
You are replacing the mobo and cpu with a g3240? Can't imagine what your old ones are like? Actually do tell me, because pretty much anything with DDR3 ram should be better than those. Also the integrated GPU cannot run it, but the problem is that even if you get a dedicated GPU, then you will still have problems because CSGO is really CPU intensive due to the source engine so the g3240 won't be anywhere near enough to get decent fps.
Woops called u for solution, I'm not building a full PC. I'm upgrading my old one. I'm replacing the MOBO and processor. Hoping for at the most $100-$150

Solution
I would save up enough money to get at least a Skylake i3 and cheap mobo. It will be much better for gaming. Then add a dedicated graphics card later. If you are seriously pinched for cash, get some second hand parts. Second hand graphics cards like HD 7850s typically go for about $60.
