Will it run smooth like emulator pcsx2,nosgba,dolphin etc.i just want to use it just for emulator this year.This is the Spec

Keyboard and Mouse:Logitech - MK220

from the specs I would say yes, emulator require barely anything to run them you could run them just as far with a Duo Cor2 Quad CPU.
