Intel Pentium G3258 vs Intel i5 3570k bundle.

Im confused what to get in this 2 bundles

Intel Pentium G3258 w/ ASrock Fatal1ty z97 killer mobo. = 189$
or
Intel core i5 3570k w/ ecs h77m2-m3 mobo = 180$

between this 2 what do you think should i get? please keep in mind that im also planning on upgrading the g3258 after 6-8 months if i get it. or should i just get the i5 bundle?

or any other good recommendations, but i cant buy online though. thank you.

Get the i5 combo. 4 cores and a relevant CPU is worth much more than a weak, 2 core CPU.

I was also keeping in mind if im goin to upgrade for a better cpu later on the 1155 socket of the ecs motherboard may no longer be supported, plus the ecs mobo cant overclock. or should i really get the i5 now cause it needs no upgrading later on?

Well, I'd still support the i5. Upgrade later on, the CPU can hold its own for some 3 or 4 more years.

i5 all the way. with todays games any dual core is going to seriously limit what you can do. I would rather sell that motherboard in the future and replace that . with that i5 you do not even need to overclock. I mean I would but it is not needed.
