I am a developer, i have many websites and webservices running online 24x7. I have designed a software that monitors all the websites and web services, if Server is down or error occurred, then it send Mails and SMS to my mobile.

For this, i want a small cheap computer which is portable, and will be 24x7 Swith ON.
I have found 2 options :
1 ) Intel NUC Kit NUC5PPYH
2) iBall CompBook- Excelance

I will use 2 GB Ram ddr3 1600 and 500 GB hdd with NUC.
I think NUC Kit NUC5PPYH does not support HyperThreading.

Which one is better in case of performance?

The Pentium n3700 is better; it has a higher clockspeed as well has having better overall performance.

Generally: Core i7 > Core i5 > Core i3 > Pentium > Celeron > Pentium Mobile > Atom

The n3700 is a mobile Pentium, and this means that it is better than the atom, which is designed for the best power efficiency at the cost of performance. However, both of them are not that great performers, and even a Celeron or Core i3 would be a better choice.
