Intel Processor Diag Tool; "FAIL!" ?

I just got my q6600 SLACR g0 in the mail today and wanted to check the status of temps and of the cpu and ran this test

What does this mean?? i have a counterfeit non genuine cpu??

Run IPDT as Admin
After the first Fail, click on "tools"
Under "config", scroll down to SPBC and check "disable"
Start the test again...

Hello guys i just found this out. But thereis no option for SPBC "disable" . maybe i got a newer version or something?

you have to be in Full View Mode, under View-> Full

Then Tools->Config->Edit, in the right panel under the Results tab at the bottom you can uncheck SPBC
