Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool Fail

Hi all, for some reason it looks like it doesn't even start the test, the most relevant think i see is the ..!!..ALERT..Processor under test is verified as 'SAMPLE'..!!.. What does that mean?

http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_2/Intel-Core%202%20Quad%20Q9550%20EU80569PJ073N%20(BX80569Q9550).html What Part number do you have? You can check with CPU-Z. You may have an engineering sample, the Chinese version or something else is causing the issue.

I was running the IPDT and kept getting FAIL over and over. I did some research and found out that I had to configure the test.

This is what I did:

Run IPDT as Admin
After the first Fail, click on "tools"
Under "config", scroll down to SPBC and check "disable"
Start the test again...
