Intel PWLA8391GT will not start

I disabled my Intel PWLA8391GT because i wanted to test the onboard network, was not happy with the onboard network so i tried to switch back by enabling the drivers... well it then had a little yellow triangle with a ! in the middle it then told me that it could not start... I then restarted my computer and when i started it was in the unknow as pci device i then installed the drivers manually and it ran into the problem again... any ideas? the onboard network is terrible

thanks for the help guys :| anyways i took out my card, booted, turned off, then put the card back in, rebooted, it installed drivers and im up and running...
