Intel Q8300 idle temperature more than 55 degree plz help with cooling

recently i bought a Q8300 for dirt cheap from my friend, (as he was upgrading to i7), along with that i bought a brand new gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 2.0), and a transcend 4gb DDR3(1333mhz, rest all setup is old.

So my problem is, On idle my system is running above 55 degree(stock fan), and while on full load (prime 95, IntelBurnTestV2) it easily reaches 95 above, which is making me scared, so em planning to change my cpu cooler

requirements:
*is it nomral i.e above mentioned temp(the stock fan is around 2yrs old)
*my budget is limited i.e 35$
*my motherboard is micro-ATX (24.4cm x 21.0cm), i don want to loose any ram slot.
*want to overclock from 2.5ghz to 3.0ghz at safer temp (only if under my mentioned budget)

usage:
*mechanical soft like catia, proE, ansys
*vmware,
*gaming in med settings, watching movies, browsing

options i've thought:
1.Deepcool Alta 7
2.Deepcool Gammaxx 200 (20usd)
3.Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler (26usd)
4.Deepcool GAMMAXX400 Cooler (35usd)
5.Deepcool ICEEDGE 400 XT ( 37usd)

my system spec
*acer 24" monitor 1080p with 2*100rms speakers with external amp
*intel q8300 @2.5ghz with stock cooler
*xfx 9800gt
*gigabyte GA-G41M rev 2.0
*transcend 4gb ddr3 1333mhz
*setagge 500gb 7200rpm
*psu 600w
*normal cabinet (size next to micro atx boards)
*no extra fans, but i always keep my cabinet 24/7 open

any kind of info would be of great help, thanks in advance

and what about my ram slot, as it's a micro atx, motherboard and i dont want to loose a ram slot, cause soon em plannin 2 upgrade my ram to 8gb total

One more last question,how to detect a fake stock cooler, I know it sounds strange cause my stock cooler is only 3pin, i.e no pwm, with a constant rpm of 3500, n made of 100% aluminium bottom,n with very loud noise which is audible even from 15ft, so wats ur opinion original or fake?? 🙁

er u probably have the stock cooler that came with ur cpu,

doubt they went tru the trouble to put a low quality heatsink instead of the one that comes supplied with ur cpu

The reason is I bought processor in second's , n btw even my old amd proc has 4 pin CPU fan connector
