Intel Quad Q6600 only showing 2 cores in CPU-Z, Task Manager, Device Manager

Hello everyone

Since the last 2 weeks my quad q6600 is only showing 2 cores instead of 4.
I've tried everything like Unparking my cores, Going to Msconfig and unchecking ''Number of Processors'', changing regedit registeries, checking BIOS for any solution. Still its not working, if anyone knows any other tip/trick to fix it! Please let me know! Maybe ill pay you a dollar if it works 😀
