Question Intel (R) 82579 LM network driver issue

Intel (R) 82579 LM network driver issue can't be resolved in Win 7 or 10 (x86 or x64), Intel DH61WW MB, Intel TM i3 2100 @3.10 Ghz processor. Restart resolves temporarily. Is there any patch? Please help.

Yes, I downloaded that driver and when I tried to install it I received the error message , "The installed version of Intel (R) network connection is not supported for upgrades. You must uninstall it before installing this version." I tried uninstalling the device but in vain.
