I dont like speedfan myself. I use HWmonitor. Since its free, I'd cross ref the speedfan temps with something else to make sure your getting good results.

As for those readings, its still below tjmax of 100, but higher than I'd like to see generally. I take it this is under load.

I have 2 installed and one is SATA. On that i have Windows XP and on the other Windows 7.
When am loading on windows 7 everything it seems to be ok but when i load windows xp then its start beeping and finally shuts down with overheating problem..

These are idle temps, so yes, you have a cooling problem.

Get some more HSF goo and reinstall the CPU fan. You can use this as a guide:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/274745-31-step-step-guide-building

Also, might be a good idea to take the side of the case off for now and have an extra fan blowing into it. It will give you a chance to see if the CPU fan has failed.

Is this a new build or just started having these issues on a computer thats been working a while?

True, but ot to where he is getting near 80c. The B3 was the first one nd it would run about 5c hotter than the G0 but never that bad.

I too suggest checking the HSF. It seems like its not making proper contact or the case has really bad air flow.......
