Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

so recently ive been unable to use the F11 and F12 keys that usually adjust the brightness of my dell inspiron and so I went into device manager and I noticed that 'Intel(R) HD Graphics Family has a little yellow triangle with an exclamation mark on it and so obviously I went in to update driver software but nope it says its up to date and restarting doesn't do anything and its annoying me and idk if it has anything to do with the brightness issue but please help anything will be much appreciated thank you x

right click on the Intel(R) HD Graphics Family in device manager and select uninstall and tick the box that says delete the driver. Then do a restart and reinstall the drivers.

why didn't I think of that sooner! thank you so much, my brightness buttons also work now, but when I went back to device manager, the little triangle is now on the AMD Radeon R7 M265 !! like what??
