intel r turbo boost techonology driver

after i install win 8.1 64 bit i cant find a Intel r Turbo boost technology driver
apps video and songs are running good
but i cant play any games and my display is not showing properly ?
i cant find Intel R Turbo Boost technology driver for windows 8.1
IF i try to install Intel R HD Graphics
then a error is showing : YOUR COMPUTER DOESN'T MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO INSTALL THE PROGRAM " and 1 another thing , i don't have any GPU or Graphics Card .
I have an i3 Processor

Have you tried downloading the relevant drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website?
