Intel Rapid Start won't Uninstall

Hello,

I followed this guide on how to uninstall Intel Rapid Start,

starting with going into ADD/REMOVE programs in the control panel

and then also using GIGABYTE's EZ SETUP Utility.

The computer still turns off after a few minutes of idle use.

I'm trying to run Mini Tool's Power Data recovery software to try and salvage an external HDD and Intel Rapid Start keeps turning the computer off.

go into safe mode (on windows 10 hold shift > click restart) and try uninstalling the program

It isn't available in "Install/Uninstall a Program" anymore

How do I go about uninstalling it as it still puts my Computer to sleep
