I was only able to find one post about this issue and I believe it was from sometime ago. So I was going through and checking on my motherboard updates and came across the one mentioned, now my computer will not display anything it’s been over 45 minutes I have shut it down by holding the power button. After shutting it down that way and boots back up and does the same thing, I cannot get to the BIOS, I cannot get to anything else other than a blank screen. Any thoughts on this?
It’s very frustrating because I knew that I probably shouldn’t install it and created a restore point previous to installing it but what can you do.

intel rapid storage tech is mainly used for raid, installing the driver shouldn't cause that issue

you could try resetting the CMOS battery, that should set bios to defaults and let you in

What motherbaord do you have?
