Question Intel Rapid storage technology SATA available disk: Removed

Hello,
I got a Seagate 2 TB Hybrid drive a couple of months back. But since a few days I get this message from Intel Rapid Store Technology, 'intel rapid storage technology your sata available disk removed'. But once I reboot or shutdown and start the system again the drive is shown again in Windows Explorer, If I go in BIOS, the disk is always shown there.. So is it an issue with the hard disk or Intel Rapid Storage. I read that IRS does this when the hard disk is a RAID drive. Please help.

IRS will also show you the raids that are installed. Is this drive in a raid?

Don't know, could you guide me on how to check whether drive is in a raid?

From the Status tab in IRS, the right side shows normal (non-raid) drives in step 1
Step 6 shows how drives look in an array.

My drives look like Step 1 so no, they are not in an array. So non-raid I guess.

What happens when IRS says the disk is removed and you go to it in Explorer?
Do you hear it spin up and can access it after a bit?

No, when I go to explorer that drive is not visible. After IRS message, it basically stops spinning. Can't hear a sound. But it works fine when rebooted.
