Hope this fixes the YCrCb issue, where you set it and get nice blacks, but then the setting reverts after reboot or even a screen saver kicking in.

The 10% must be measured by a previous max FPS of 10 to a current max FPS of 11 @ 800x600 low detail settings all lighting and shadows disabled....

HD4000 is actually not that bad with the new driver. I was able to play a few modern games at medium settings on 1280x1024 with around 25-30fps (with the GPU slightly overclocked to 1.3Ghz, from the default 1.15Ghz)
No artifacts or errors.

Someone who plays casual games can actually use it, so stop the bashing....

I love a home made rig with dedicated graphics for gaming like most people but for those of us who don't have that option or travel so much we would never have time to game - having dedicated graphics that allow some gaming is awesome.

Level 58, Skyrim with i5-3427U HD4000 1440 native resolution - It's medium low settings but I'm almost done and gonna install the Dragonborn expansion. I have some HD texture mods, deadly dragons, etc. and the game is still playable as a sneak-archer.

Doom 3 (which was a painful piece of sh*t) was also playable as well as Civ 5.

The new driver interface is awful though - it's like a cheap copy of Nvidia/AMD - Intel is still learning. I hope they keep improving drivers.

While they have made leaps and bounds, they still have a generation or two to go. Right now a casual gamer is fine with HD4k as it plays WoW at 30fps average @1080p in a non raid setting, but WoW is almost 10 years old...

Arm Mali T678 is more powerful than these Intel HD 4000 and 2500 graphics, already for not to talk of the PowerVR Rogue. This in terms of comparison with the mobile graphics, which are the most powerful that exist for tablets and smartphones.
