Hopefully Intel will have more stable cpu's that replace the 13th and 14th gen ones.

Take the i5-1235U, for example, which is designated for thin and lightweight laptops. OEMs can instead opt for the i5-1335U, the Core 5 120U, or the Core 5 220U, as they're just better bins of the 1235U on the same FCBGA1744 socket.

This is not accurate as the 1235U uses an ADL R0 die whereas the other three use varied bins of RPL Q0.

I imagine if one was to go through and check the rest of the SKUs it's probably a similar situation where the die itself is being retired.

I hope there will be lga1700 refresh, because i think my i5 13500 is starting to fail (hope not).
