Question Intel RST switched to Non-RAID after SSD FW update, no bootable devices

Hello everyone.

I just updated the firmware of my old Crucial MX100 128GB SSD from MU2 to MU3 via the Micron msecli.exe for Windows. After rebooting it appears that IntelRST has lost my RAID array configurations, no bootable devices are listed in the BIOS and I cannot boot into either OS (Windows 11 and Proxmox). How can I restore the RAID configuration on all the drives under the RAID controller without losing any data? I know this quesion has been asked a million times, so thank you in advance for any assistance.

1. Where was the backup of this data?
2. Which of your physical drives were a part of this RAID array?
3. What type RAID array?
Assume no backup. I tried putting everyting on the 16tb drives previously but results are uncertain at this time, as I was working from Proxmox with a volume scheme that I am not very familiar with. I also have some of my data backed up on another external drive and on another computer but that is not a complete backup.

The pair of 8TB were in a RAID1 mirror, and the pair of 4 TB were in a separate RAID1 mirror. I believe the other drives were not set up in RAID arrays. Proxmox is installed on the 128GB MX100 and Windows 11 is installed on the 894 GB Samsung.

A RAID 1 should survive through the physical death of one member. Thats all it is good for.
RAID, of any type, is not a good backup.

Now...if the RAID controller gets corrupt, or the data in the array is deleted or corrupted....you're mostly out of luck.
